Why did we love this movie so much? Is it because:
Daniel Craig is irresistible?
James’s girlfriend’s dresses are divine?
James falls in love?
Montenegro looks so romantic?
Daniel Craig is a God
All of us girls have dreamt of sitting in the shower in an evening dress with the sexiest man in the world in a beautiful tuxedo licking our fingers?
we don’t feel so sorry any more that we haven’t been to Venice with someone we love, as, obviously, the buildings there are not so… safe?
we loved the car?
Daniel Craig is breathtaking in a swimming suit Or is it because: James is like some of us. Hurting, because life hasn’t been easy on him, cruel, because he has to be the best in a job he doesn’t like, violent, because he has to survive, terribly introvert, because he knows he is alone in the world. And, finally, he falls in love. It happens to everyone, at least once in a lifetime. And he gets betrayed. It happens always, when you find the love of your life. He hated her for a while, because she betrayed him and she punished him by dying and making him guilty forever. The story showed that good things never last. Everyone knows that. But I think even James would like to have at least one happy memory.
And here’s a not so relevant advice: I suppose you remember that he tried to save her. He really did. When you decide to let a man come into your life, ask yourself: “would HE do that?” There aren’t many real men in this world (I suppose men can tell the same about women), but it’s worth waiting for, please don’t compromise, don’t get involved with mice.

The conclusion and the advice are just to the point. Really. My personal observasion of feedbacks on the movie is that men (mostly) didn't like it. (These must be of the mice tribe).
